Steady Day privacy
Last updated October 18, 2026
Steady Day helps you plan a day around your energy. This page explains what the app keeps, where it goes, and how you remove it.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. We receive a private identifier from Apple, plus the name and email you choose to share (Apple lets you hide your real address). We use them only to keep your account and your days together.
What stays on your iPhone
Your calendar, reminders, contacts, location and Apple Health readings are read on the device. We do not copy them to our servers as raw data.
What we store
Your days, plans, conversation with your day and the notes Steady Day remembers about you are saved on your iPhone and synced to our database so a new phone gets them back. Each record belongs to your account alone.
The AI that talks with you
To reply, Steady Day sends the conversation and a summary of the day (your plan, the events and todos involved, your energy level, and when you use it, a short recovery summary from Apple Health) through our server to Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic processes it to write the reply and does not use it to train its models. Our server does not keep these conversations beyond the synced day records above.
What we never do
We never sell your data, show you ads, or share Apple Health information for advertising or data mining.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app, under Your days. That removes your account and every synced record from our servers, and clears your days from that iPhone. Signing out also clears them from the phone; they come back when you sign in again.
